Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask for 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancelled. This gives us time to book any customers on the waiting list.
Arrival
We would like to suggest that you arrive 10 minutes before an appointment so that you can start to relax. Unfortunately, late arrival may result in a reduced treatment time. Treatment times for Face and Body include changing before and after the treatment.
Gift Vouchers
Gift Vouchers are available for purchase and must be presented on the day of treatment. Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be used as payment for retail products.
Mobile Phones
We would ask as courtesy to others that mobile phones are either switched off or put on silent mode.
Parking
Free parking is available to all salon clients. You do not need to be a member of Cottingham Parks Golf & Leisure Club to visit the salon or take advantage of the free parking.
